An estimate, not a quote. Anything outside day-to-day operations is identified and priced with you before you sign, never after. Once signed, this rate is fixed for twelve months. After that we can adjust it once in any twelve months, with sixty days' notice, by no more than five percent or inflation, whichever is greater.
Managed IT starts at $1,500 per month, which works out to about ten people. Final scope can move the number, and we'll tell you before you sign, not after.

The agreement
You saw it above. You didn't have to give us your email or sit through a call to get it.
No multi-year term. Either side can end the agreement on 30 days' notice, for any reason. Your price is fixed for twelve months; after that we can adjust it once in any twelve months, with sixty days' notice, by no more than five percent or inflation, whichever is greater. Anything above that cap needs your written agreement.
The work of keeping you running is in the monthly price. We don't send a quote every time something needs doing. New projects get quoted. Tuesday doesn't.

The test: if it keeps what you have running well, it's included. If it builds something you don't have yet, we quote it before we start.
What your options are, what they'd cost, whether something is worth doing. Those conversations are free at every tier, and we like having them. Formal vCIO work, meaning a scheduled roadmap with a written plan, is part of Fortify and Command.
You get your documentation, your credentials and tenant, your device and license inventory, and your backup data. We stay available for 30 days to hand off to whoever comes next, at no charge.

Novvative is run by Carlos Arita, who has spent fifteen years running Microsoft cloud and on-premises infrastructure for a global consumer goods business with hundreds of brands across dozens of markets. Security, modernization, identity, and the unglamorous work of making systems behave at scale.
That's the standard your environment gets built to. The difference is that here, the person who designs it is also the person who answers when you call.
We deliberately stay small. We onboard two clients at a time because onboarding done properly takes about two months, and we would rather do that well than quickly. Most of our clients came from someone who already works with us.
Onsite hours measure how much hands-on attention an environment needs, not how well it runs. We include two hours a month and most months we don't use them, because the environment is built so there's less to come fix. When a month needs more, we're there.

Moved 33 accounts off Google and onto Microsoft 365, then rebuilt the ground underneath: UniFi gateway, switching and access points, Dell Autopilot for device rollout, and VoIP handsets. Delivered on a 30-day sprint plan the client could see.
Accounting firm, Dallas
A rebrand from Garza Gump Group came with a request for a more serious technology partner. We took over managed IT for the firm. The work led the firm's partners to bring us into a second business they own.
Managed IT and build-out
More than a helpdesk contract: the technical plan for access points, cameras and network in a new-construction building, a POS migration from Clover to Toast with the menu carried across, in-store menu displays, and the website.
